AAIMCo Privacy Policy

Protecting the privacy and safety of your personal information is very important to us. AAIMCo wants you to know what information we collect, and how we may use it. This Privacy Notice includes examples of the types of personal information AAIMCo may collect, and how we may share it. These examples should not be viewed as a complete list of our information collection or sharing practices.

Information We Collect
We collect personal information in the forms an individual completes to apply for membership in AAIMCo. The types of information we collect may include:

•	Information we receive from you on your membership application and related forms (such as name, address, contact information, etc.)

•	Information about your firm and the services or products you provide

•	Articles and presentations you submit for publication on our website or elsewhere

We also collect personal information from individuals or entities that register at our website. We may from time-to-time use this information to send notices of important events or developments taking place in the insurance industry.

How We Share Information
The information we collect is published to all of our existing members and posted on AAIMCo’s website. The information may be used in advertising or promoting the Association or soliciting other individuals for membership, as well as networking communication between and among members and potential referral clients.

In addition, we may share your personal information with affiliated organizations or firms with whom AAIMCo coordinates activities or promotions.

Accuracy and Completeness of Your Personal Information
Your personal information, services provided and the publications you submit will be provided to AAIMCo’s Webmaster in the form/format you provide. Each member is responsible for periodically reviewing their personal information, publications, etc. and providing our Webmaster any revisions, corrections or additions you wish to make to your personal information.
